*Payment is required at time of booking. $200 is subject to retainer fee which is non-refundable if the session was to be cancelled by client. Cancellation must be received via email thuvanphotography@gmail.com 72 hours prior to appointment time with one time no rescheduling fee.
*rescheduling fee of $50 will apply if cancellation within 24 hours
*No show will be subject to $50 rescheduling fee first time and $75 rescheduling fee thereafter.
*If weather doesn't permit, we will reschedule.
*Makeup Artist is recommended and can be scheduled upon request, client will pay the fee directly to the makeup artist.
*If client would like the studio look, studio fee will be paid by the client.
30 minutes consultation is free prior to booking regarding to styling, services, fees.
